International Human Rights Day: Putting rights and freedoms at the heart of the response to the pandemic
Montréal, December 2020 – On this International Human Rights Day, the Commission is reminding us of the disproportionate impact of the health crisis related to the COVID-19 pandemic on vulnerable groups, including people with disabilities, children and youth under the care of the DYP, racialized communities and people experiencing homelessness.
