Temporary changes to our services
Our services are temporarily modified in the current circumstances related to the coronavirus (COVID-19).
If you wish to file a complaint of discrimination, harassment or exploitation or to report a situation of exploitation:
- Use the online PDF form available on the page I Want to File a Complaint and follow the instructions given.
If you wish to request an intervention for a child or youth who has allegedly suffered a violation of their rights:
- You can write to: jeunesse@cdpdj.qc.ca or call 1 800 361-6477, option 3.
All training sessions or workshops offered by our staff members are currently cancelled. However, our education-cooperation team is always at work and can offer distance services to groups. Contact us at education@cdpdj.qc.ca to let us know your needs and a member of the team will contact you.
Some other services and activities may also be affected. Those affected will be notified as appropriate.
