Rights of teens placed in hotel by DYP were not violated
The Commission finds it unacceptable that the DYP has to house young people outside its usual facilities, but our investigation found that the rights of the teenage girls housed in the overflow facility opened by the CISSS des Laurentides in a Blainville hotel were not violated.
