Death of a Child in Granby in 2019: shortcomings at all stages of the process
The Commission completed the investigation on its own initiative regarding a child who died in the Granby area in the spring of 2019. This investigation revealed breaches at all stages of the clinical and legal process aimed at protecting the young victim. The Commission today released the systemic recommendations of its report, some of which are reminiscent of repeated requests made by the Commission over the years.
