Video | Myth #2: Equality programs are unfair for employers

Equal access employment programs allow employers to hire a qualified workforce that is representative of society," says Philippe Schnobb, President of the Société de transport de Montréal. It is the Commission's mission to ensure equal access to employment in public organizations in Québec.
