Findings of a systemic investigation conducted by the Commission among foreign-trained doctors which show that they face a series of obstacles in the course of the admission process leading to a postdoctoral training in Québec. These obstacles disproportionately disadvantage and exclude them from the faculties of medicine at Université de Montréal, Université de Sherbrooke, Université Laval and McGill University.
