Requesting access to information

You can ask us for access to documents held by our organization. You can also ask us to correct your personal information in our records. We will respond within a maximum of 20 to 30 days.

How do I submit an access to information request?

  • access documents kept by a public body
  • access your personal information
  • correct your personal information if it is inaccurate, incomplete or equivocal, or if the collection, release or keeping of the information is not authorized by law.

These rights are guaranteed by the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information.
