Informed of worrying data about the use of isolation and restraint in youth protection, the Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse affirms that improvements are necessary to ensure that the rights of youth are respected. In a study released today, the Commission issued 12 recommendations to the Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux (MSSS) and to several other institutions.
