The situation of special needs students is alarming, according to an unprecedented study of the Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse

​​As it publishes today the results of an unprecedented systemic study on the organization of services for students with disabilities and special needs, the Commission sends a warning to the entire Québec school system, including the ministère de l’Éducation et de l’Enseignement supérieur, which needs to demonstrate a stronger leadership.
