Québec Pension Plan: a section of the law discriminates against disabled people

A number of disabled people are subject to a discriminatory penalty when they reach the age of 65, if they received a disability pension between the ages of 60 and 65, according to the Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse.
