For improved interventions in discrimination and harassment

The Commission des normes, de l'équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail (CNESST) and the Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse (CDPDJ) have established a cooperation agreement concerning their interventions in matters of discrimination and harassment in the workplace. This agreement stems from the amendments made to the Act respecting labour standards on June 12, 2018.

Québec, June 20, 2019 – The Commission des normes, de l'équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail (CNESST) and the Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse (CDPDJ) have established a cooperation agreement concerning their interventions in matters of discrimination and harassment in the workplace.
