The Commission is today launching a tool that will facilitate the management of equal access to employment programs for the 330 organizations subject to the Act respecting equal access to employment in public bodies. This will help accelerate equality in employment for groups that have been historically victims of discrimination in employment, such as women, people with a disability, Aboriginal Peoples, persons who are members of a visible minority, and persons whose mother tongue is neither French nor English and who belong to a group other than the Aboriginal Peoples group or the visible minorities group.
