If your rights have not been respected, you can try to resolve the situation by:

  • Asserting your rights yourself;
    • you can join with others who are in the same situation as you
    • you can seek help from your union or from an organization
  • Filing a complaint with the Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse;
  • Applying to a court to have the case heard.
