This opinion of the Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse in relation to Canada’s sixth periodic report regarding the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, adresses two points of concern in particular : one related to questions 10 and 24 directed to Canada addressing police interventions, and the other one related to question 23 on Inuit youth protection services.
