The Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse has authorized an investigation of its own initiative to look into allegations that several young boys were victims of abuse in Québec City. Information suggests that the situation of the youth was reported to the Director of Youth Protection two years ago but that the file was subsequently closed.
