This is an organizational chart that illustrates the Commission's organizational structure and shows the names of the managers.

The first box at the top of the organization chart reads "Presidency" and includes "Philippe-André Tessier - President", "Myrlande Pierre - Vice-President, Charter Mandate" and "Suzanne Arpin - Vice-President, Youth Mandate".

Logged in under the "Presidency" box are all the other boxes. On the left is the box "Josée Morin - Executive Advisor" which is connected by a dotted line to the box "Secretariat and Administration - Jean-François Trudel - Secretary and Director". On the right is the box "Legal Affairs - Athanassia Bitzakidis - Director".

The other boxes related to the "Presidency" box are: "Education-Cooperation and Communications Department - Geneviève Dorais-Beauregard - Director"; "Research Department - Claire Bernard - Director"; "Equal Access to Employment and Advisory Service Department - Martin Boucher - Director"; "Protection and Defense of rights Department - Michèle Moreau - Director", "Protection and Promotion of Youth Department - Brigitte Lagacé".
