Bernard St-Jacques

Bernard St-Jacques has been a community organizer since May 2002 with the Réseau d'aide aux personnes seules et itinérantes de Montréal (RAPSIM, the Montréal assistance network for homeless and itinerant people), a group of 88 organizations working with transients in Montréal. Since May 2003, Bernard St-Jacques has been responsible for a project to defend the individual and collective rights of people living on the margins of society, Opération Droits Devant.
