Cassie Palamar

Cassie Palamar has worked with the Alberta Human Rights and Citizenship Commission since the mid-1990s. She is currently the Director of Education and Community Services, leading a unit that develops educational resources and programs, supports communities, public sector institutions and businesses in their efforts to build welcoming and inclusive communities and workplaces free of racism and discrimination. Cassie Palamar chairs the Public Education Partners network of the CASHRA and serves on the Pan-Canadian Working Group for the Coalition of Municipalities against Racism and Discrimination, part of an international UNESCO initiative.
