Pascal Mutombo

Pascal Mutombo has been a judge at the Court of Appeal of the Democratic Republic of Congo. He holds a Master’s degree in law with a specialization in dispute prevention and resolution from Université de Sherbrooke, and a Third Party Neutral Certificate from the Canadian Institute for Conflict Resolution. He has worked for the Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse for 11 years as an investigator and mediator.
