Ghislain Hallé

Ghislain Hallé is currently an advisor in the field of remuneration for organizations in the community sector, and a lecturer at the École des relations industrielles of Université de Montréal. He worked for over thirty years for the Confédération des syndicats nationaux (CSN, the confederation of national trade unions) as an advisor on negotiations and arbitrations for private-sector and public-sector federations, as a specialist in pay and employment benefits in the research division, and as the coordinator of the inter-federal committee for the private sector.
