Philippe Dufresne

Philippe Dufresne is the Director of the Litigation Services Division at the Canadian Human Rights Commission. He is responsible for representing the Commission before the courts, and has appeared for the Commission before the Supreme Court of Canada on a number of occasions in important human rights cases. Philippe Dufresne is also a part-time professor at the University of Ottawa, where he teaches human rights law and pleading in appeal cases.
