Michel Bélanger

Michel Bélanger is an associate partner at the law firm Lauzon Bélanger Inc., specialized in class action suits and environmental law. He has dual training as an advocate and notary, and holds a Master’s degree in public law from Université de Montréal and a specialized postgraduate diploma from Université de Strasbourg in France. He teaches environmental law at École Polytechnique de Montréal, Université Laval and UQAM. He is chairman of Nature Québec and co-founder of the Centre québécois du droit de l’environnement (C.Q.D.E., the Québec centre for environmental law).
