Charles A. Asombo

Charles A. Asombo is a senior jurist specializing in organizational mediation, and a doctoral researcher in law at Université de Sherbrooke. He has dual postgraduate training in law and management that he uses in his research in the multidisciplinary field of conflict prevention and resolution, more specifically in the area of conflict management and mediation. Currently, he is working on an analysis of mediation as an alternative conflict resolution method in organizational settings from the angle of the promotion of human rights in the workplace.
