​​The annual report of the Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse tabled today at the National Assembly, presents the Commission’s results and achievements related to its mission of protecting and promoting human and youth rights and freedoms in Québec in the last year.​

​​Interim President of the Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse, Camil Picard, today congratulated Ms. Eva Ottawa on her appointment as Chairperson of the Conseil du statut de la femme, the first Aboriginal woman to lead an advisory agency under the Québec government’s jurisdiction.​
